SHEFFIELD – Doug Arnold addressed the folks gathered in the gym at Helen Keller Wellcare Center. “Some of you may not realize this, but this facility is now over 20 years old,” he said.
Recently, the Wellcare Center held an official ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the conclusion of a major renovation to its Sheffield facility. One of the most striking changes is all of the shiny new workout machines throughout.
