Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Helen Jeanette Wiseman Burks, age 85 of Winchester, TN. Mrs. Burks passed from this life on August 2, 2021, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System. She will be remembered for the love she had for her family, flowers, animals and gardening. She was a devout Christian and a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church. Mrs. Burks is preceded in death by her husband, William Pat Burks; son, William Guy Burks; parents, Vadie and Thad Wiseman; 5 brothers and 1 sister. She leaves to cherish her memories and mourn her passing her children, Kitty (Louie) Asanon, Patty Burks and Jeff Burks; sisters, Linda, Darlene, Tammy, Lisa and Crystal; brothers, Ray, Danny, Troy and Tim; grandchildren, Pedro, Angel, Daisey, Christopher, Katie; 6 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday August 7, 2021 from 5-8:00 p.m., at Watson-North Funeral Home. There will be another visitation held on Sunday from 10-3 with the service to follow at 3:00. Ray Gardner will be officiating. Interment will be at Watson-North Memorial Park with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
