Helen Jean Willingham, age 84, of Tuscumbia died Wednesday, September 30, 2015. Her family will receive friends Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 12:00 -1:30 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Colbert Memorial Gardens with Bro. Barrett Long and Dr. Steve Bateman officiating.
Mrs. Willingham was a member of First Baptist Church, Tuscumbia. She retired after thirty-nine years of service with Alabama Tennessee Natural Gas Co. as purchasing agent.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Arnell Wright and Lila Wright, grandson, Adam Willingham and son-in-law Randy Peden. She is survived by her husband of sixty-five years, Jack R. Willingham; son, Jeff Willingham and wife Darlene of Decatur; daughter, Joni Clark and husband Dennis of Hartselle; grandchildren, Mitchell Willingham, Emily Peden, Matthew Clark, John William Clark and Shelley Newby and husband Jason, three great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers are Mitchell Willingham, Matthew Clark, John William Clark, Mike Gullett, Donnie Gullett, Bobby Ray Harden, Keith Wright and Jimmy Morgan.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Binghampton Christian Academy @ 175 Tillman Street, Memphis, TN 38111.
