Helen Hammack Weaver Funeral service for Helen Hammack Weaver, 78, will be Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Wells and Rev. Bobby Ray Halbrooks officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Weaver died on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at her residence. She was born April 18, 1946, in Winston County, to Jeff William Hammack and Hazel Abbott Hammack.

She was a devoted Retired Elder Methodist Minister’s wife for 43 years. She was a loving and kind Mother and Grandmother. Helen served with her husband to over 16 Churches throughout the North Alabama United Methodist Church Conference. Rev. David and Helen were a team and rarely did you see one without the other.

Bro David died in January of 2021, and Helen was never the same without her husband. David and Helen attended First Methodist Church in Hartselle, AL, after he retired from the ministry in June of 2012, they were married for 54 years.

Besides her beloved husband, David, also preceding her in death were her parents; Jeff and Hazel Hammack, brothers; Ozlee Lemley and Kenneth Hammack and a sister; Debra Taylor.

Survivors include

Daughter – Donna Morgan

Grandson – Tyler Morgan

Sister – Barbra Johnson
