Helen Frances Johnson “Fran”, 71, of Glencoe, passed away peacefully in her home on November 11, 2022. Fran was born in Akron, Ohio in January of 1951. She moved to Alabama with her husband and children in 1978. Fran was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James William Johnson; mother, Jean Spicer; father, William Sullivan; and step-father, Carl Spicer. She is survived by her daughter, Anna (Russ) Jalbert; son,
Ben (Phillip) Johnson; grandchildren, Katelynn, Morgan, and David Jalbert, and Mary Michael and Abby Kate Johnson. Fran is also survived by her siblings, Julie, Tom, Sam, and Joe; brother-in-law, Earl (Janita) Johnson; sister-in-law, Michele (Phil) Johnson Knight; many dear nieces and nephews; and several caring friends and family members.
