Helen Delia Tibbals, 93, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2012. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Sunday at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Serivces will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
