Heath Shane Pack, age 39 of Cullman, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. He was born June 8, 1985, to Ricky Kitchens and Tammy (David) Duckworth.
He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Richard Kitchens; grandfather, Jerry Holmes; Uncle, Tim Holder & Aunt, Tereasa Culvert.
Survivors include his daughter, Savannah Pack; mother, Tammy (David) Duckworth; brothers, Michael (Brandi) Pack and Justin Kitchens; sister, Alicia Kitchens; nephews, Tylan Pack & Aiden Kitchens; grandmother, Pauline Holmes; Uncle, Roger Holder; Aunts, Leanne (Russell) Campbell & Donna (Steven) Tolbert and a host of cousins, family & friends.
