Heath Lee Maxwell age, 36 of Winchester passed away peacefully on September 9, 2022, with his loving mother at his side. Heath was born on December 7, 1985, in Winchester, TN to Donna (Oliver) Maxwell and the late Von Douglas Maxwell. Heath was a 2004 class graduate of Franklin County High School and attended Walnut Grove United Methodist Church. He was an avid fan of University of Alabama football and a huge fan of Superman. Heath enjoyed visiting with family, especially his son, Keaton and his nephews, Kingston and Princeton. He was a good friend and loved to be around people. Heath will be remembered as a big-hearted guy who loved his family. In addition to his father, Heath is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Herman and Patricia Oliver and paternal grandparents, Winston and Mildred Maxwell; and uncle, David Oliver He is survived by his son, Keaton Lee Maxwell of Fairview, TN; mother, Donna Maxwell of Estill Springs; and brother, Eric Douglas Maxwell of Belvidere; his beloved nephews, Kingston and Princeton Maxwell; beloved fur babies, Sparky (cat) and Foxy (dog); and several aunts and uncles and other friends and family. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 5pm-8pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 2pm in the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Minister Shiro Burnette officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
