ARAB-On Tuesday, January 14 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued a statement regarding a two-vehicle accident that has taken the life of Blountville man:
“A two-vehicle crash at 7:55 p.m. Monday, January 13, has claimed the life of a Blountsville man.
Stacy Richard Darnall, 46, was killed when the 2006 Dodge Caravan he was driving collided head-on with a 1998 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Jason Stanton, 31, of Blountsville. Darnall was pronounced dead at the scene. Stanton was injured and transported to a local hospital.
The crash occurred on U.S. 231 two miles south of Arab. Nothing further is available as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate.”
