Mrs. Hazel Louise Cupps, age 66 of Empire passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at her residence. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Sulphur Springs Cemetery. Bro. Johnny Allred will officiate. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Reggie Leon Cupps; sons, Jamie Cupps and Randy Cupps; and sister, Joyce Marie Haynes.
Her survivors include her daughter, Tolisha Hawkins (Jason); grandchildren, Kylie Hawkins and Cody Hawkins; brothers, Frankie Haynes and Ricky Haynes; sisters, Sybil Bennett, Marie Kitchens, and Eadith Mclaughlin; and a host of other relatives and friends.
