Baby Hazel Lewis gained her angel wings on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. She is survived by her mother, Jasmine Henderson; father, Jimmy Lewis; grandparents, Cheryl Henderson (Robbie), and Phillip Lewis; and siblings, Brantlee Lewis, Ja’Aleyah Mitchem, Weslee Lewis, Nevaeh Lewis, Lylee Lewis; and Kerri Lewis.
