Ms. Hazel Lee Parker
Ms. Parker passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Lexington Manor Nursing Home.
She leaves to cherish her memory a niece: Boddie Parker; nephew Warren Parker, two step-daughters; Nellie Menzies and Clarene Mayo and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
