Hazel Lane, age 77, of Lebanon TN, passed away on October 10, 2024. The family will be receiving friends for a Celebration of Life at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN on Monday, October 14, 2024, from 4-6 p.m.
Hazel Louise Vanatta Lane was born in Lebanon TN to Louise Dishman Vanatta and Henry Vanatta. Mrs. Lane ran two clothing stores, Mary Lee’s Dress Shop and Fashion Boutique, and retired from Winfrey’s Rone Jewelry. She enjoyed flower gardening, decorating the home, and shopping of any kind. She was a member of the Vine Church.
Mrs. Lane is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ray Lane, daughter Lori (Kenneth) Hackett, grandsons Will Hackett and Logan Hackett, siblings Robert (Kay) Vanatta, Matilda Gilbert, and Teresa Lackey, brothers and sisters-in-law Lucille Mullins, Henry Lane, and Carolyn Lane, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by parents Louise and Henry Vanatta, brother Grady Vanatta, and sisters Mary Rodgers, Donna Vanatta, and Brenda Gray
