Hazel Carter, 89, died Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday at Hamilton Funeral Home. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Cooper Cemetery.
