Graveside service for Hazel C. Ward, 92, of Decatur will be Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Gum Springs Cemetery with Bobby King officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ward died on September 19, 2015 at River City Nursing Home. She was born March 19, 1923 to Alfred Wesley Chenault and Ollie Mae Williams. She is preceded in death by her husband Sheriff Van Ward.
