Funeral service for Harry Allen Coleman, Sr., 74, will be Friday, May 25, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harold Fanning officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, May 25, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Coleman died on Monday, May 21, 2018 at his residence. He was born October 25, 1943, in Tuscaloosa County to James Chester Coleman and Ruth Duren Coleman. He was a musician and a Luthier (Builder of stringed instruments). He was a member of the Guild of American Luthiers. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a graduate of the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Mr. Coleman loved to play golf, he was a member of the North American Shooting Association and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hartselle. He was a regional manager of Burch and Hatfield prior to his retirement. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
