Harriett Buford Bennett, age 80 of Nashville, TN passed away February 1, 2024. Harriett was born in Williamson County, TN and graduate of Bethesda High School. She was member of Radnor Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Joe Burton Bennett; parents, Willie Joe and Vera Elizabeth Crafton Buford; brothers, W.J. Buford, Alvin Buford, James C. “Flookie” Buford, Leslie Buford; sisters, Lucy Sanford, Esther Tomlin and Gladys Reece. Survived by: daughters, Judy Bennett Richburg and Billie Jo (Mike Gregory) Bennett; grandchildren, Shasta Smith, Taylor (Mitch) Miller and Rebecca (Gregory) Quinn; great grandchildren, Devin Smith, Kylan Dixon, Peyton Quinn, Avery Miller and Hank Miller; sister in law, Lillie Buford and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, February 5, 2024 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Devin Smith, Mitch Miller, Mike Gregory, Joe Calvin Buford, James “Dowhack” Buford and Cody Buford.
