Harper Rae Graveman, 7 weeks, of Madison, passed away Sunday. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ernie Graveman.
Survivors include her parents, Nathan and Lauren; grandparents, Joe and Pam Costanzo; grandmother, Carol Jones Graveman; grandmother, Kelly Costanzo; great-grandmother, Lillian Jones; great-grandmother, Sandy Parks; and greatgrandparents, Frank and Irene Costanzo.
Arrangements will be announced by Berryhill Funeral Home.
