Harold Turrentine Harold Wayne Turrentine, age 77 of Joelton, Tennessee, died Sunday, June 5, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 1:00PM on Wednesday, June 8th, with Bro. Corey Minter officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Jason Binkley, Jimmy Ray, Dale Turrentine, Randy Reeder, Bud Milliken, and Eddie Butler serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Robert Mangialardi and Dr. Louis Johnson.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 7th from 4:00PM until 8:00PM and again on Wednesday from 11:00AM until the hour of service at 1:00PM.

Mr. Turrentine was born on September 25, 1944 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Jack and Bernice Turrentine. He was retired after 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, farming, gardening, and golf. He especially loved playing with his great-granddaughter, Abby, and spending time with his loving family. He was a member of New Hope Free Will Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his stepmother, Cherrie Turrentine; brother, James Roy Turrentine; and nephew, Mark Turrentine.

Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Dean Turrentine; daughters, Trena (Jimmy) Ray, and Amy (Jason) Binkley; granddaughter, Peyton Guthrie; great-granddaughter, Abigail Grace Guthrie; nephew, Dale (Karen) Turrentine; mother-in-law, Darlene Milliken; and sister-in-law, Gera Turrentine.
