Harold Ray Smith, age 75 of Phil Campbell, Alabama passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at his residence. He was a member of Botush Freewill Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Friday, August 20, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, Alabama. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. with Ronald Watson officiating. Burial will follow in Botush Cemetery.
Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Ann Smith; children, Darryl (Rita) Smith, Wendy Smith, Jeff (Consuela) Rice and Leisa Williams; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, J.P. Smith and Mildred Vickery Smith; and siblings, Tim Smith, Vernell Hogan and Larry Smith.
