Harold Ray Hogan Sr., 83, died March 18, 2013. Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home in Decatur with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty J. Hogan.
