Mr. Harold Jean “Bubby” Smith, age 72, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, died Wednesday, December 10, 2014 in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Smith was born in Marshall County and was a son of the late Fred and Bettye Elease Harber Smith. He was a graduate of Forrest High School in Chapel Hill and was a salesman. In addition to his parents, Mr. Smith was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert “Oswald” Smith. Mr. Smith is survived by his two daughters, Allison Smith, Nashville, TN and Angela (Emory) Kincaid, Mt. Juliet, TN; granddaughter, Samantha Kincaid, Mt. Juliet, TN; brothers, Jim Harber, Lewisburg, TN, Harry Dale Smith, Eagleville, TN.
Family members will receive friends on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 11:30 am until 1:30 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Hopper Cemetery near Chapel Hill. Burial will immediately follow in Hopper Cemetery.
