Harold Franklin Pilcher, Sr., 83, of Cumberland, MD, formerly of Ripley, passed away Friday, October 6, 2023 at the Cumberland Healthcare Center. Visitation will start at 2 PM Friday in Grace Baptist Church, where he was a member, with funeral services to follow at 3 PM. Interment will be in Grace Cemetery.
Mr. Pilcher was a retired contractor.
The widower of Anita Pilcher, he is survived by a son Frankie Pilcher of Cumberland, MD; a step-daughter Lisa Richardson of Gates; 2 step-sons Bill Danley of Dyersburg and Randy Danley of Ripley; a sister Sheila Langley of Ripley; a brother Tommy Pilcher of Dyersburg; 16 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
