Harley is preceded in death by his parents, Glen Judd and Ellen Schley, and brothers, Micheal Judd Sr., Daniel Schley, and Thomas Judd.
Left to Cherish Harley’s memory include his wife, Janice Lynn Judd; children, Jennifer Lynn Judd, Harley Dean Judd, Jr. (Amber), Sarah Judd and Michelle Buttchen (Shane); grandchildren, Ariana Batiste, Alexander Judd, Dylan Massey, Tyler Buttchen and Kylee Buttchen; sisters, Donna Voll (Denny) and Glenda Wickus; brother, Glen Judd Jr; nephew, Micheal Judd, Jr. who loved Harley like a father; as well as several friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Harley was a loving father, brother, son, uncle, and grandfather, and he would make a way to visit all of his children and help them in any way he could. He was a very hard-working honest man; he always took care of his family and was a good provider. Harley worked most all of his life, he worked construction for the National Panel system for 6 years, He was an over the road truck driver for 15 years at Swift Transportation where he was awarded safe driving awards every year, a spray painter for Richardson paint company for 15 years, and he was in the Machinist Union for 15 years in Wisconsin. He loved watching the Green Bay Packers of Monday night NFL football. His favorite food to eat was chicken and he loved to eat and go to the buffet, he loved going to his daughter’s beach house in Panama City Beach, Florida. He enjoyed listening to music, Elvis was one of his favorite singers. He loved our dog Beastie and traveling, he has driven to 48 states, Canada, and Mexico. Harley was loved by so many, especially his co-workers, and would light up a room. Harley was a peacemaker, and never met a stranger he wouldn’t offer to help.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2023 beginning at 11:00am at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at New Horizon Memorial Gardens.
