H. H. “Bill” McNatt, 87, of Dennis, MS, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at the Tishomingo Community Living Center. Mr. McNatt was of the Baptist faith and attended Jackson Camp Baptist Church. He worked for twenty-eight years as a bus driver for the Memphis Area Transit Authority, and also served as a deputy for the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department for twenty years. Bill was a member of the Masonic Blue Lodge, and enjoyed working on cars and helping others. He also loved training coon dogs and hunting. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 3, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 4, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Tim Ryan. Interment will follow in Tishomingo Cemetery. Pallbearers include Shane Blaylock, Justin Busbee, Lee Berry, Josh McNatt, David Busbee, and Freddie Harris. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Frances McNatt of Dennis; two daughters, Carolyn Ruth McNatt Harris (Freddy) of Dennis, and Sherry Busbee (David) of Collierville, TN; two brothers, Quthel McNatt (Sara) of Tishomingo, and Jerry McNatt (Bonnie) of Paden; three sisters, Vonnie Ledgewood (Horace) of Iuka, Connie House of Paden, and Shirley Vaughn (Randy) of Olive Branch; four grandchildren, Angela Carol Leathers (Jeff) of Belden, Chad Daniel Durham (Cammy) of Cherokee, AL, Justin Busbee of Johnson City, TN, and Lindsay Busbee of Bristol, TN; one great-grandchild, Whitney Brooke Turner Ray (Jeffery) of Belden; and one great-great-grandchild, Madison Ray. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlie Crafton and Lola Bell McClung McNatt; two brothers, Thomas and Lakeman McNatt; and an infant brother, Cletus McNatt.
