Gwyn-Derryberry-1454600454Gwyn Derryberry of Pulaski passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2016. He was born in Pulaski, TN on March 14, 1927 and was 88 years old.
He worked as a Manager at the Stockyard for 20+ years and was Trustee at the Giles County Court House for 12 years. He was married to Frances Derryberry for 62 years, and was a member of the Choates Creek United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 7th from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home
Funeral service will take place on Monday, February 8th at 12:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. Ray McDonald and Bro. Ryan Heatherly officiating.
Burial will follow in the Choates Creek Cemetery.
Memorial suggestions are asked to go to Choates Creek United Methodist Church, % Doran Johnson, 118433 Powder Mill Hill Lane, Lawrenceburg, Tn. 38464.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thelbert Wade and Jewel Smith Derryberry, and brother, Norman Earl Derryberry.
He is survived by his,

Son, Bert (Joan) Derryberry of Somerville, AL
Son, David Wade (Sally) Derryberry of Pulaski, TN
Granddaughter, Rashelle Derryberry of Pulaski, TN
Grandson, Christopher Derryberry of Pulaski, TN
Grandson, Joel T. Sandlin III of Hartsell, AL
Grandson, Jason Ross Sandlin of Decatur, AL
3 Great Grandchildren, Tyler Sandlin, Eli Sandlin, and Emily Sandlin
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Gwyn Derryberry
