Guy Aday, Jr. of Muscle Shoals passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2017, at the age of 83. His visitation will be Tuesday, November 14, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Darryl Randolph and Roland Hargrove officiating. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.
Guy was a native of Nitrate City and a member of the Nitrate City Church of the Nazarene. He was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
His survivors include his loving wife, Doyle Jean Hubbard Aday; son, Ronny Aday (Dorothy); daughter, Connie Lambert; 4 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Aday, Chase Aday, Jackson Lambert, Billy Robertson, Kelly Aday, and Donnie Balentine.
The family would like to express thanks to Keller Hospice. Also, the family expresses gratitude for all the visitations, food, and prayers from community, extended family, and friends.
