Grover Baggett – Obituary

Grover Baggett, 86, of Hackleburg, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the Russellville Hospital. He was a veteran of the Korean War where he served with the Air Force Police.

Grover was born August 2, 1932 in Marion County to the late Floyd and Lona Tyra Baggett.

He is survived by wife, Flo Baggett; children, Vicki (Ronnie) Kennedy, Tim (Eileen) Baggett and Jim (LeeAnn) Baggett; grandchildren, Niki (Chris) Watts, Jodi (Ryan) Short and John Baggett; great-grandchildren, Caden Watts, Avery Watts, Logan Short; sister, Sundra (Dallas) Hovater.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death bysisters, Veva Smith and Geraldine Baggett and brother, J.D. Baggett.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 6th at Hackleburg Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service was Thursday at 2 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Cedar Tree Cemetery.
