Gretha Ann Baird, 73 of Cordova, passed away Nov. 27, 2023.
Gretha was a member of First Baptist Church of Cordova. She loved her family, and spending time with each of them. Gretha was also passionate about crochet and loved to create things.
Gretha is preceded in death by her parents, Elza and Zell Swindle; sisters, Bessy, Ethel, and Geraldine; brothers, Billy, Tamage, and Michael.
Left to cherish Gretha’s memory include her husband of 42 years, Warren Baird; children, Michael Baird, Amanda Shook, Michele (David) Mobley, Ericka(Michael) Burroughs, Ellis (Tanya) Baird and Doug (Tina) Baird; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Glenda, and a host of extended family and friends.
There will be a memorial service held Sunday, December 3, 2023 at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home, beginning at 2:00pm. Family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
