Greta Mae Bachuss departed this life on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at the age of 75 years, 1 month, 8 days.
She was born in Memphis, Tennessee on August 11, 1938, the daughter of the late Elmer Grady and Kathleen Vanhoose Bachuss. Ms. Greta obtained a Masters of Library Science from Peabody University and was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma. She retired from Adamsville High School as the Assistant Principal, after 40 years of service. Ms. Greta was a member of the Pyburn Community and was a member of the Pyburn Union Church. She was an active member of the church, playing the organ and singing.
Ms. Greta is survived by her brother, Douglas R. Bachuss, Sr. of Counce, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Fae Bachuss.
