Grant Posey, at the age of 67, of Town Creek, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the age of 67. On Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. there will be storytelling and fellowship at Grant’s residence on the lake.
Grant was a native of Haleyville, raised in Tuscumbia and worked as a supervisor for R.J. Griffin. He was a published poet, artist and lover of the great outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie Posey; sisters, Sandra Yarbrough and Billie Lawler; and extended family and friends.
