Funeral Service for Grace Lucille Flannagin Barbee-Williams, 94, of Decatur, will be Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 11:00AM at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Keith Prince officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing.
Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2024 from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams died on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at her residence. She was born March 8, 1930 in Trinity, Alabama to Arthur Freeman and Mary Lavinia Hood Flannagin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Albert J. Barbee Jr.; and husband, Gaither Williams; brothers and sisters; and great-granddaughter, Evelyn Lucille.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Noble and Lona Reed; four grandsons, Jack (Valerie), Bryan, Eric (Teresa), and Michael (Sandra); two great-grandsons, Ethan and Nicolas; great-granddaughter, Sylvia.
