Gloria Claudine Lynn, age 80, passed away on December 10, 2021 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was born on May 7, 1941 in Caney, KS, to the late Ebbin and Pauline Lynn. She was mother to two sons, Dave Miller and Brad Russell. She was NaNa to four grandchildren. Her career life was many things. She was a welder, construction worker, beautician, business owner, seamstress, and truck driver. She was an adventurous lady who always wanted to try and learn new things. She was known all around for her love of animals.
She was a believer in Christ and extended her faith to others. To define her life would be to say she was a positive, unique, faith-extending lady who was a true fighter in life.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her half-brother, Richard Hoke; her sister-in-law, Claudia Lynn; and her nephew, Michael Thomas Lynn.
She is survived by her sons, David Miller (Wendy) and Brad Russell (Angela); grandchildren, K.C. Miller, Justin Miller, Kaylee Miller, and Austin Russell; her brother, Tom Lynn; and her nieces and nephews, Tonya Lynn, Russell Lynn (Brandi), Adam Lynn, Rachel Lynn, Johnny Hoke, Kathy Hoke, and David Hoke; and a host of great nieces and nephews.
According to her wishes, Gloria will be laid to rest with her family at Fairview Cemetery in Niotaze, KS.
