Gloria Ann Overstreet Phillips, 77, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday. She was a faithful member of Morningside Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, R. Lawrence “Dud” Phillips; sons, David Phillips and wife, Susan, and Timothy Phillips and wife, Cherie; grandchildren, Taylor, Bailey, Toney-Paite, Skylar, Grantland, and Aisley; sister, Jo Waldin of San Antonio, TX and nephews, Jim Waldin and Chip Duncan.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Marty Jordan officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Morningside Baptist Church Building Fund.
