Funeral service for Glenn Allen Reeder, age 88, will be held Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 2:00PM at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Allen Queen officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be held at Johnson Chapel Cemetery following the service.
He was born April 6, 1935 in Ohio to Burrell A. Reeder and Olivia T. McCamon Reeder.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Hilda Reeder, brother, Ronald Reeder, three sons, Howard Reeder, Chris Christian Reeder, Lynn Reeder, and daughter Hope Reeder.
He is survived by his daughters, Jeannie Plemons (Chris), Janet Bradford (Gary), Glenda Dame (Greg), son, Kevin Ryan, brother, George Reeder, two sisters, Evelyn Hochmann (John), Helen Moore (Kenneth), numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years of service.
