Glendia Kaye White, 79, of Lexington passed away Monday, October 30, 2023 at her residence. Mrs. White was a loving wife, mother and Gram who absolutely adored her grandchildren. She was a jack of all trades who specialized in cooking and sewing.
A private family memorial service will be held. Any floral memorial can be sent to Rogersville Funeral Home.
Ms. Kaye is preceded in death by her parents Rufus and Mabel Shelton; sisters, Beverly Lee Carruth and Jeannie Patt. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, David Edward White; daughters, Jackie (Danny) Bevis, Cindy Harvey; grandchildren, Kasey Phillips, Faith Faires, Tristen (Holly) Bevis, McKenzie Harvey, McKayla Harvey; great-grandchildren, Kamdyn Phillips, Logan Phillips, Aubree Faires, Ayden Faires, Addix Horton, Alirah Horton, Azel Horton; brothers, Tyrone (Sue) Shelton, Ronald (Anita) Shelton; sister, Donna Moriarty; and numerous nieces and nephews.
