A Celebration of Life Service for Glenda Galbreath, 64 of Booneville, MS, will be Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment to follow in Piney Grove Cemetery in Booneville, MS. Bro. Jimmy Moore and Dr. Leonard Pratt will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 5:00 P M – 8:00 P M and Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 12:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mrs. Gilbreath, a resident of Landmark Nursing Home, left this world on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Magnolia MICU. Surrounded by loved ones she took her heavenly flight into the arms of her Savior and to reunite with loved ones. She was born March 16, 1960, in Booneville, MS to Charlie Watson Jacobs and Lottie Helen Potts Jacobs. She was a homemaker and a member of Mills Community Baptist Church. Mrs. Galbreath loved being with her family and friends, going to church and listening to gospel music. She enjoyed reading, especially her Bible, MS State ballgames and spending time with her dog, Addie. Glenda is survived by her son, Jonathon Galbreath (Summer); two grandchildren, Elijah Null and Eve Null; her brothers, William Jacobs (Jane), Roger Jacobs (Pat) and Cecil Jacobs (Jewel); her sister, Helen Green (Mike); her sisters-in-law, Brenda Jacobs and Glenda Jacobs; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Jacobs; her mother, Lottie Potts Jacobs; her brothers, Jessie Jacobs, Donnie Jacobs, Randy Jacobs and George Edward Jacobs; her sister-in-law, Helen Jacobs and her nephew, J.J. Jacobs. Pallbearers will be Charles “BoBo” Jacobs, Bill Overton, Ray Jacobs, Mark Jacobs, Chris Jacobs, Shannon Jacobs, Spencer Jacobs, Brian Jacobs, Daniel Jacobs and Justin Green. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Glenda Galbreath.
