Glen H. Cox, 92, of Rogersville, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home.
He attended Lexington High School, was retired from the United States Army and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
A visitation will be Tuesday, September 10th from 12 – 1 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Tri Cities Memorial Gardens with Issac Brown officiating. Pallbearers will be Anthony Cox, Phillip Cox, Mike Martin, Steve Cox, Donnie Grossheim, Joe Nelson and Dwayne Grossheim.
Mr. Cox was preceded in death by his parents, Edward & Addie Cox; wife, Dorotha “Dot” Cox; son, Phillip Cox; brother, Stanley Cox; grandson, Curtis Cox and brother-in-law, Jack Cole. He is survived by his brother, Martin (Frances) Cox; grandson, Anthony (Nikki) Cox; great-grandchildren, Phillip, Lenzy, Trevor and Taylor; numerous nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Rose Cole and special friend, Gladys Dickey.
