Gladys Marie Ivy, 91, Huntsville, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015. She was employed with NASA for 33 years prior to retiring. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack F. Ivy; sister, Louise B. Reed. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie (special friend, Gene Berry) Harding; son, Larry (Dorene) Ivy; sister, Barbara Phillips; three grandchildren, Kimberly M. Spillman, James Matthew Harding, Rob Manchester (Michelle); three great grandchildren, McKinley Spillman, Emery Manchester, Ellary Machester; and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday at Berryhill Funeral Home from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. with a chapel service to follow at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Rev. Ray Hardin will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Danny Ivey, Tony Ivey, Joe Ivey, Mat Hudson, Nick Hudson, and Josh Chris. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
