Gladys Lavrine Grice – Obituary

Gladys Lavrine Grice, age 77, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Gladys was born on September 26, 1938 to Truly Lee Creasey and Gladys Phenix Creasey. Gladys always found a way to nurture those around her. She worked as a registered CNA. Gladys was of the Baptist faith.

Gladys is survived by her daughters Debra Lynn (Randy) Spencer of Lakeland, Florida and Teresa Marie Wiley (Lee Riegiel) of Winter Haven, Florida; sons Edward Earl Vaughn of Lakeland, Florida, Calvin Dwight (Angie) Snyder of Pikeville, Tennessee, and Andrew Howard (Carolyn) Snyder of Winter Haven, Florida; sisters Lorene (Phillip) Bielefeld of Davenport, Florida and Shirley (James) Berry of Waynesboro, Tennessee; and brothers Bob Creasey of Lakeland, Florida, Billy Creasey of Buffalo, Missouri, and David (Pat) Creasey of Springfield, Missouri.
Gladys was preceded in death by her parents Truly and Gladys Creasey; son Henry Lee Vaughn; brothers Hubert Lee Creasey, Herbert Hoyt Creasey Edward Jackson Creasey; and sister Barbara Ann Moss.

Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s Hospital in honor of Gladys.
