Funeral service for Gina Raburn, 70, will be Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Valhermoso Holiness Church with Bro. Tim Patrick officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Valhermoso Holiness Church.
Mrs. Raburn passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at her residence. She was born August 6, 1954, in Morgan County, to James “Jimbo” Thomas Brown and Madgie Barber Brown.
She was employed by Chrysler, as a Tech 3, working for 28 years, prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Valhermoso Holiness Church, coached basketball at Cotaco, was a Die-Hard LSU fan and loved Pepsi. She especially loved her family and took care of everyone. She loved cattle, farming and fishing. She also enjoyed visiting Gatlinburg.
Preceding her in death were her husband: Troy Raburn, brothers: Darrell “Big Boy” Brown and Buddy Brown, sisters; Kathryn Ellenburg and Madgie “Sister” Woodard, and a granddaughter Brittany Murphy.
