Gilbert Lee Watts, 54, died at his home in Trinity after an extended illness.
He is survived by his partner in life, Debbie Burt Bunn; children, Katie Willingham (Brad) and John Watts; sister, Rhonda Watts Woodard (Jeff); and niece, Ashton Woodard Cole (Derek); extended family, Willard Burt, Laurie Keaty (Kendall), Austin Berzett, Haley Keaty, Andrew Keaty, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Sue Watts; sister, Teresa Watts Farned; grandparents, Ode and Ufa Mae Watts and Roy and Loretta Owens.
Gilbert was a mechanic by trade, and he loved Alabama football.
