It has been 1 year since Grover came to live in our shelter. A quarter of his life has been spent here with us at the shelter, but it hasn’t been all bad, there’s been some good times along the way. Grover has made new friends, eaten plenty of delicious treats, had too many walks to count, and an overabundance of toys to hoard! As nice as a guest as Grover is, we’re still holding out hope that he will find his forever home. Grover is now 4 years old, and around 40 pounds. He is looking for a calm home that can respect his boundaries. He would flourish in a home with no young children, and no cats or small dogs. He has done well with many dogs that are similar size or larger than him, and does take a moment to warm up with new people but once he does he is a load of fun. This is Lucky. She is a beagle mix. Lucky was born around April, 2019. Lucky is a sweet dog who will need a one animal household. She will need a fenced in backyard with at least a height of 6 ft. She loves to play fetch and will bring the ball back to play some more. We are working on sit and down and she is so smart she is catching on quickly. She is crate trained. Zip Farley has a face you could stare at all day and is so sweet and full of personality! He tries to keep a clean kennel and already knows “sit” and “down”.
