Gerald Richard “Stoney” Yarbrough – Obituary

Gerald Richard “Stoney” Yarbrough, 59, of Burnsville, Mississippi, died March 27, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. He was in the auto electrical business for over 25 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Thursday, March 28 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Friday, March 29, 2013, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Greg Woodruff. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Yarbrough of Burnsville; his mother, Marie Yarbrough of Iuka; 1 son – Andrew McCameron of Burnsville; 1 daughter – Alicia McCameron of Burnsville; and 1 brother – David Yarbrough (Carole) of Iuka. He was preceded in death by his father, Odell Yarbrough; his brother, Jim Yarbrough; and his sister, Clarissa Yarbrough. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.

Although we never met, I feel I had known him for a long time. Always enjoyed his posts on Reman Forums where we discussed business issues, and enjoyed his comments which were always wise, to-the-point, and always interesting.

I too will miss Stoney,

I really enjoyed his posts on Reman Forum he had a great sense of humor and by reading his posts even I did not ever meet him, I could tell he was a great person….Rest in Peace Stoney we all will miss you, My prayers go out to Stoney and his family.

I’m so sorry to hear about Stoney Passing away. Gerald Richard “Stoney” Yarbrough was a great Reman Forums member and a valuable member of the Rebuilding community. I will miss our chats and his great posts on the forums. He was a great guy!

Sorry to hear of Stoneys passing.Although we never met we did talk on the phone a few times,and on the rebuilders forum.He will be missed RIP Gerald.

Sorry to hear of Stoney’s Passing. I always enjoyed his posts on the forums. I was a small rebuilder from a small town also and understood where he was coming from in most of his posts. He will be missed by us all.
