Gerald Lee Gregory, age 64, Russellville, Alabama passed away on Friday, August 02, 2013 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel & Ilda Jean Gregory.
The visitation will be from 1-2 pm Tuesday, August 06 @ Akins Funeral Home prior to the 2 pm funeral service in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Terry Bendall officiating. The military causality assistant team will be presenting military honors for his service in Vietnam. Interment will be in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Sara Bryant; step-children, Theresa (Warren) Aldridge, Kaye (Anthony) Madden, Harold Bryant; 6 siblings; numerous step-grandchildren & step-great grandchildren; 1 step-great-great grandchild.
He was a Vietnam veteran and served as VA Post Commander while living in Ohio.
