Gerald “Jerry” Griffin, age 65 of Centre, passed away Sunday, August 31st at his residence.
Graveside services will be 3 PM Tuesday September 2nd at Cherokee Memory Gardens with Steve Kemp officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 PM Tuesday.
Pallbearers will be Nephews.
Survivors include wife, Vicki Gossett Griffin of Centre: son, Seth Griffin of Centre and Gunnar Griffin of Rome, Ga.: brother, John T. (Myrna) Griffin, Jr.: sisters, Susan Griffin of Rome, Ga. and Ellen (Steve) Kemp of Rome, Ga.: 3 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Griffin was a native of Panama City, Fl. and the son of the late John Thomas and Joyce Holland Griffin. He was a Heart Transplant Recipient in 1992.
