Georgia Carol Allen (September 25, 1944 – August 9, 2024), 79, of Huntsville, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024.
She was born and lived her life in Madison County. She was always straight forward and upfront with everyone she met. She loved to cook for her family and her dogs. She had a special kind of love for her dogs.
She is preceded by husband Jimmy Allen and son Kevin Ray Jones, survived by daughter Teresa Roberts (Blake), son Kelly W. Jones, daughter Melissa Reeder (Donnie), daughter Karen Jones (Christine), dogs: Buffy, Bailey, CoCo, Blaine, Libby- Jo and Koby. She had nine grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She is preceded by brother Delmar Whitehead, sister Betty Rector, survived by sisters Patricia Payne, Elma Burrow, Jan Baker and brother Johnny Whitehead.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 13th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home.
