Mr. George Polk, age 77 of Athens Alabama passed away on Sunday March 22, 2020 at Limestone Health Facility. Mr. Polk was born on November 13, 1942 in Maury county Tennessee to Philip Z Polk and Marie Thompson Polk.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, wife Jane Polk, and brothers and sisters.
Mr. Polk is survived by his sons, Tommy Polk (Melissa) and John Allen Polk; Grandchildren, Becky Sampson (Trenton), Joe Polk, Tori Polk, and Blaze Polk; Great Grandchild River Sampson.
There will be a memorial service held at a late date for Mr. Polk
