Mr. Turner, who died Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at his residence, was born April 3, 1955, in Gadsden, Alabama to George Turner and Ruth Mae Daugherty Turner. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, David Turner.
He is survived by his daughter, Lunden Brown (Hunter); two sisters, Sandra Stankevitz and Alesia Wallace (Eddy); two grandchildren, Nolan Brown and Maddox Brown, and cousins, Wanda and Jimmy White.
The family would like to express their special thanks to Hospice of North Alabama, especially his nurse, Hannah Tapscott, for their compassionate care of Mr. Turner.
