George C. Stinson, 70, of Huntsville, passed away on Friday. He is a native of Sweetwater, TX and has lived in Madison County for the last 8 1/2 years. He is a member of the Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Francis Ann Stinson; two sons, Scott C. Stinson (Chrissy) of Huntsville, AL and Tobin C. Stinson (Jenifer) of Katy, TX; half-sister, Rhea Lane Nations of Van, TX; five grandchildren, Kaleb, Cade, Delaney, Emma and Jake; sister-in-law, Charlotte Widders; and a host of other family members and friends. No services are planned at this time. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
